This will be the last picture (at least for a while) from Mexico. It's a fitting last image, I think, from a trip that was not only a great adventure but pretty good photographically. This is the amazing Pyramid of the Magician (or Pyramid of the Dwarf) at Uxmal. At 35 metres tall it dominates the site. I took this shot at the end of a long, wonderful, exhausting day. As I was being herded out of the site along with everyone else at 5pm, I glanced up and saw these amazing clouds above the Pyramid. I stood stock still, staring up at the lovely light and those gorgeous clouds, shooting a few images while people bumped and stepped around me. It was a magical moment and I knew I was going to love this picture no matter how it turned out. If you'd like, take a look at the rest of my images from the Yucatan Peninsula.
