El Castillo or The Castle is one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World, and a sight to behold. Although the place is packed by late morning, the skies were dramatic allowing me to take a perspective shot that removed the ground and gave the shot a more spiritual look. A note to anyone planning on visiting, they don't like tripods! You have to get a permit if you plan on using tripods at any government controlled site like this and Tulum.
