Lunch yesterday: Caldo Tlalpeno y Panuchos -- a broth with shredded chicken and chickpea and avocado served with tortilla filled with a thin layer of bean sauce, finely chopped cabbage rinsed in lime juice, shredded chicken with achiote and sour orange, pickled in red onion and sliced avocado.
